    Their role is to suck up and filter dust and gases, and filter out odors produced during machining. Laser exhaust systems are made to improve marking, engraving, and laser cutting.

    How to choose an exhaust system?

    Choosing an exhaust system means determining the airflow required for your usage:

    200 m³/h — Engraving
    Ideal for engraving applications with low smoke emission.
    Ensures clean results while protecting the lens from fine particles.

    300 m³/h — Cutting
    Recommended for cutting operations or engraving batches generating higher smoke levels.
    Helps maintain clean edges and consistent cutting quality.

    400 m³/h — Intensive production
    Designed for continuous use and demanding materials.
    Provides maximum airflow to ensure stable performance over time.

    Laser exhaust system range

    Two ranges, two approaches

    LE and LNI models are designed for users looking for a fully integrated extraction solution with high airflow performance. With up to 400 m³/h, it is ideal for demanding applications and intensive production environments. It also serves as a machine stand, positioning the laser at a comfortable working height while keeping the installation compact and clean.

     

    The ES range is designed for workshops that need a more compact and flexible solution. These mobile extraction units are easy to integrate into smaller spaces and offer different airflow capacities to match a wide range of engraving and cutting needs.

    How to maintain an exhaust system?

    The LE/LNI models are exhaust systems that also serve as supports for the laser table; they are equipped with pre-filters, HEPA filters, and activated carbon filters.
