The galvo technology 
The laser stations operate with the galvanometric technology: a set of mirrors reflects the laser beams at very high-speed allowing a permanent marking in a few seconds. This engraving is quicker and perfect for unit markings on any parts such as industry (medical components, tools, ID tag) or personalization (jewellery, perfumes bottles, gifts).

 

The laser sources
Different sources are available with our laser stations, each designed to provide the best results on your material. The powerful Fiber source for example is perfect to mark metals, the hybrid technology for fine engraving of objects or delicate materials, the green for plastics while a CO2 source is more appropriate for organic materials. Class 1 laser: safety first! 
All our laser engraving enclosure are specially designed to meet the highest safety requirements Class I to enable safe laser engraving in any environment: factory, workshop, front and back office. The security doors are protected with built-in sensors which prevent laser operation unless the door is properly closed, with an instant cut-off should it be opened while the machine is in operation.  The viewing glass are specially designed to follow the engraving process. There is no need to wear safety glasses. Our laser marking machines can be used safely in any workshop or store. 


Galvo accessories 
Gravotech laser marking stations are available with a wide range of accessories to fit your need:  

  • Protection from fumes & particules with our dedicated range of extractors 
  • Ease of use thanks to many jigs,
  • Easy fix and permanent marking on cylindrical parts with our range of rotary devices

Laser stations

Our complete range of laser marking machine has been designed to offer maximum flexibility to our customers. 


They are available in different sizes from compact to large scale allowing installation in any environment, going from a retail counter in a store to heavy-duty industries. 

We provide full automated station with motorized Z-Axis perfectly adapted to your productivity: unit, small series or for integration into a robotic cell for larger series. 

Laser marking stations can be combined with any of our complete range of technologies: Fiber, Hybrid, Green and CO2 (only for Welase). The widest range of materials can therefore be marked: plastic, metal, organic or mineral. 

Laser stations can be driven by different software depending on your need: 

  • Lasertrace: specifically designed for part identification marking & traceability. 
  • Gravostyle™: offers in one package all the tools necessary for graphical composition, complex logos. 
  • ABC (only for WeLase) is an easy-to-use software for general engraving and marking.
