5. Use of the Site
In general, the User undertakes not to use the Site and the Content for purposes contrary to the laws and regulations in force, or contrary to the TOU. 9. Applicable law - Jurisdiction
All disputes arising in connection with the TOU shall be settled by the competent courts of Gravotech’s registered office, to which the parties consent to attribute exclusive jurisdiction. The TOU are governed and interpreted in accordance with French law.
